Allegedly Oliver Cromwell stayed here once.
Historians will know the Battle of Ripple Field on
April 13th 1643 which took place on "dead mans field" opposite our house. Apart from the beautiful scenery
there is a lot to do within a short distance.
Malvern provides excellent theatre and wonderful
walks and views. Cheltenham is famous for its Spa
and Races. Gloucester and Worcester have 2 of
Britain’s finest Cathedrals and Tewkesbury with its
Abbey and the Rivers Avon and Severn. The area
is blessed with an abundance of places to eat.
