Historians will know the Battle of Ripple Field on
April 13th 1643 which took place on "dead mans field" opposite our house. Apart from the beautiful scenery
there is a lot to do within a short distance.
Malvern provides excellent theatre and wonderful
walks and views.
Cheltenham is famous for its Spa
and Races. Gloucester and Worcester have
2 of
Britain’s finest Cathedrals and
Tewkesbury with its
Abbey and
the Rivers Avon and Severn.
The area
is blessed with an abundance of places to eat.
